Your Mind, Your Space, Your Journey

Working with Mindspace Therapy

Before we begin working together, we can have a free 15 minute telephone conversation so I can find out more about you and what brings you to therapy. This gives me the opportunity to find out more about you and your current struggles and you can ask any questions you may have about therapy so you feel comfortable and confident should we decide to work together. After this conversation, we can then arrange your first appointment.

CBT

CBT, or cognitive-behavioural therapy, is a goal-oriented approach to therapy that focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviours that contribute to your current struggles. By helping you develop more positive and adaptive ways of thinking and behaving, CBT can help you overcome a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD. CBT can help you develop practical, long-term coping skills and improve your overall quality of life.

Integrative

As an integrative therapist, when we work together, I can draw upon a range of different approaches to help you gain greater self awareness and find ways to manage your situation . This means that I adapt my approaches to the specific challenges that you are facing and you get an approach that is tailored to your individual needs and goals.

CPD and training

I am experienced in creating and providing training for individuals and organisations, including CBT. Please get in touch for more details about bespoke training and CPD for you or your organisation.

Supervision

As an experienced supervisor practitioner and clinical supervisor, I offer supervision for individuals and groups to enable them to reflect upon, develop and grow their practice and their skills as a practitioner.

I offer supervision using a CBT or integrative approach where I can utilise a range of methods tailored to your stage of development or preferred way of working. I aim to offer a balance of support and challenge in a reflective environment, enabling you to explore your clinical practice and gain a wider perspective on what occurs within your therapy space.

I understand how isolating and challenging working as a therapist or a caring professional can be, and I aim to provide our supervision space as a restorative function, ensuring both yours and the clients wellbeing are at the forefront of all discussions.
